A wireman’s license is a registration at Department of Labour as a registered person. There are three types of registered person’s (wireman’s licences). You can register as a Single phase Tester (Blue Card), Installation Electrician (Yellow Card) or Master Installation Electrician (Red Card). The registration requirements for each of these differ.
